If Your Package is Lost, Stolen, or Damaged (without Route):

  1. Contact your local USPS office with your tracking number.
  2. If USPS shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with neighbors or household members.


 

If You Purchased Route Shipping Protection:

 

  • File a claim directly through Route.

What you will need to file a claim:

  1. Your email address
  2. Your order number
  3. A photo of the damaged item (if applicable)
