- All returns are refunded as STORE CREDIT only.
- We cannot issue refunds back to cards. Refunds will be issued via e-gift card. Please remember, we are a small business.
- You have 10 days from the date you receive your order to return eligible items.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive your item, a store credit code will be sent to your email.
Return Requirements
- Items must be in like-new condition: no odor, rips, stains, makeup, or signs of wear. Tags must be attached.
- Caps and shirts must show no signs of wear and must include all original tags.
Final Sale & Limitations
- Sale items are FINAL SALE.
- Jewelry: Reckless Rodeo is not responsible for broken or damaged jewelry after it has been worn.
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
- Lost/Stolen Packages: Reckless Rodeo is not responsible. Please contact USPS directly if you believe your package was lost or stolen.
